Veblen International are excited to begin searching for a UK Sales Manager to join a fast-growing, global company that produces incredible handheld beauty devices. The successful candidate would be a passionate, creative and determined individual, and would be working from within the London office.
We are looking for someone that is driven to grow a team, has a dynamic working style and is able to spot opportunities. You will have the ability to work across multiple channels, for example but not limited to; luxury department stores and e retailers.
- Developing and implementing national sales plans by channels/customers based on national sales targets
- Working to improve retail management, key customer retention and joint business plan implementation to ensure efficient and sustainable sales growth
- Building the sales channel and coordinating the management of different accounts
- Monitoring customers to implement trading terms of sales contract
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- Utilising monthly and quarterly business reviews and sales meetings
- Recruiting and building a strong national sales team through effective leadership and training
- A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
- Sound sales management experience and a proven record of achievement in the beauty/fashion/electronic industry
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Broad based technical and marketing knowledge
- Familiar with distribution channels, Key Accounts and FMCG/the travel retail industry
- Strong relationships with buyers and distributors within the UK
