Production Planning Manager

Veblen International are delighted to begin recruiting for a fantastic force within the global fragrance industry. Our client needs an experienced Production Planning Manager to join the team! This is an amazing opportunity for one lucky individual to become part of a company that specialises in the development, marketing, manufacturing and distribution of both mass market and luxury brands.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing KPI’s
- Building effective relationships across various departments and internationally
- Managing a team of 4-5 planners
- Leading the Stock Reconciliation Process
- Conducting regular stock checks with Contract Fillers
- Offering recommendations and leading inventory management projects
- Working alongside suppliers, contract manufacturers and internal departments
- Supply Chain Value Stream Mapping
- Performing capacity planning
- Processing and approving invoices
Candidate requirements:
- Solid experience within Production Planning and as a Production Manager
- An understanding of MRP
- Experience using SAP Business One would be advantageous
- Strong IT skills, including an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A quick learner
- Good analytical skills
