Senior Director – Global Procurement

As Senior Director – Global Procurement, you will lead the end-to-end procurement strategy across both direct and indirect categories, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You will drive supplier partnerships, cost optimisation and operational performance, while building scalable procurement frameworks to support continued global growth.

Responsibilities:

· Define and deliver the global procurement strategy aligned to business objectives

· Lead sourcing across packaging, components, manufacturers and supply partners

· Oversee indirect spend categories including logistics, marketing services, IT and professional services

· Build and develop the procurement function, including team structure and capability

· Drive cost optimisation, budget governance and long-term value creation

· Establish supplier strategies, partnerships and risk mitigation frameworks

· Manage contract negotiations, compliance and supplier performance

· Implement data-driven procurement processes and reporting capabilities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, marketing and R&D

· Lead procurement planning cycles and long-term operational strategies

Requirements:

· Strong background in global procurement, supply chain or sourcing leadership

· Experience within beauty, FMCG or contract manufacturing environments

· Proven ability to lead large-scale procurement strategies and transformation initiatives

· Expertise in supplier management, strategic sourcing and contract negotiation

· Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

· Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organisations

· High level of commercial awareness and operational understanding

· Confident working across cross-functional and global teams
