Global PR Director

As Global PR Director, you will define and lead the global public relations strategy, shaping brand narrative and visibility across international markets. Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive media engagement, oversee global PR campaigns and ensure alignment with broader brand and communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute the global PR strategy to strengthen brand visibility and reputation

· Lead international PR campaigns across product launches, brand milestones and key initiatives

· Build and maintain relationships with global media, editors, creators and cultural influencers

· Shape brand storytelling and ensure consistency across markets and channels

· Act as a senior advisor on brand narrative, communications and reputation management

· Drive modern, digital-first PR approaches including social-led and creator-driven storytelling

· Oversee crisis communications and protect brand reputation

· Define PR KPIs and reporting frameworks, using data and insights to optimise performance

· Manage PR budgets and allocate resources effectively

· Collaborate closely with marketing, social, digital and content teams

Requirements:

· Strong background in global public relations within beauty, fashion, luxury or lifestyle

· Proven experience leading international PR campaigns and strategies

· Deep understanding of both traditional and digital media landscapes

· Established network across media, influencers and industry professionals

· Strong storytelling, communication and brand positioning skills

· Experience managing sensitive communications and reputation risk

· Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
