Veblen International are currently recruiting for an exceptional company that prides itself on delivering on-trend beauty, wellbeing and lifestyle brands to consumers across the globe. The role of International Account Manager – German Speaking involves working in line with the company sales strategy and positioning the company’s brands in the correct retailers to ensure growth.
- Managing the strategic customer/distributor relationships across multiple channels by territory
- Supporting the Director of Sales with quality input into standard business processes (trading, meetings, quarterly forecasting, annual business planning)
- Ensuring existing accounts reach their full potential as well as identifying new opportunities that support business growth
- Utilising commercial skills daily, including selling, negotiating, category management, financial and presentations
- Driving incremental sales growth in line with the company budget and margin expectations.
- Full P&L responsibility of all accounts from gross sales to net profit
- Modifying the marketing and branding materials and key messages to each market
- Solid international experience, ideally German speaking
- Educated to degree level preferably
- Previous experience working with key beauty retailers/distributors across Europe
- Results driven
- A track record of driving sales through personal hard work
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
- Experience management P&L by account
- Willing and able to travel internationally when required
