USA Influencer Marketing Assistant

We have a new role available for a ‘USA Influencer Marketing Assistant’ to join our client, a vibrant beauty brand. We are looking for an individual with some experience working in influencer outreach in the beauty industry and ideally holds an existing network of influencers. The role requires assistance with all proactive and reactive paid and gifting opportunities with influencers as well as support with campaign launches and project organisation. Due to this role being homebased (within the USA) you must be self-motivated and confident enough to work independently.   

Responsibilities:

• Implement the outreach strategy with the goal to increase social following, creative content, talkability and brand awareness
• Support the Marketing team to develop the VIP outreach strategy
• Grow and develop good working relationships with beauty influencers and celebrities
• Have a diverse and inclusive approach
• Identifying commercial influencers vs. brand positioning influencers
• Using your initiative, keep up to date with new upcoming influences and create new, creative ideas on how to engage with them
• Confidently negotiate pricing, ensuring we are in line with budgets
• Develop a regular gifting scheme for low and mid-tier influencers
• Create weekly reports on activity and insights, highlight trends and areas of improvement.
• Keep up to date with competitor activity, trend and events.

Experience:

• Existing network of US influencers within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Experience an understanding of influencer marketing
• A Self-motivated, independent, organised and creative person
• Forward innovative thinker - thinking differently, proposing & embracing new ideas
• Experience withing the beauty industry would be advantageous.
