Veblen are working with an influential skincare and cosmetics organisation based in London in search of a Senior Online Sales and Marketing Manager to join their business. The successful individual will take management of the sales and marketing time as well as overseeing the digital marketing strategy. This position requires previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing with a cosmetics background.
- Oversee the performance of the digital marketing strategy across platforms and social media
- By using analytics to monitor activity, ensure content is always relevant, on trend and inline with company values
- Develop and change set KPI’s where necessary
- Highlight potential changes in marketing processes and activities
- Aim to improve the Online Sales strategy by working with the commercial Director
- Attend tradeshows globally
- Liaise with press and PR agencies covering UK/US/EU
- Manage the PR Calendar
- Oversee the influencer strategy and aim to make improvements
- Produce effective and engaging social campaigns – establish goals for brand awareness, retention sales, etc.
- Take responsibility for media coverage, create positive, gripping content for all media activity including press releases, social platforms, etc.
- Conduct internal audits when required
- Keep up to date with market knowledge and trend, highlight and implement opportunities in aim of brand growth and development.
- E-commerce or digital marketing experience within Cosmetics is essential
- Experience working with shopify and with social media influencers.
- Strong communicator with a creative mind and analytical approach
