As the Clinic Manager/Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the flagship clinic, ensuring high service standards, strong operational structure, and a warm, welcoming environment. Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll guide the full client journey, team performance, retail execution, treatment‑menu development, and governance. This role blends operational discipline with emotional intelligence and aesthetic sensibility, ideal for someone who brings calm to complexity, leads with clarity, and creates experiences that feel cohesive, intentional, and exceptional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead smooth daily operations, ensuring schedules, rooms, and client flow run seamlessly.
- Maintain compliant, efficient procedures across safety, healthcare, and confidentiality.
- Uphold an immaculate, sensory‑considered clinic environment at all times.
- Manage stock, ordering, and quality control for clinical and retail products.
- Shape a personalised, hospitality‑led client journey from enquiry to aftercare.
- Coach the team on communication, service behaviours, and issue resolution.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate a high‑performing clinical and front‑of‑house team.
- Support treatment‑menu innovation, training coordination, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee retail operations, product education, and community‑building events.
- Ensure rigorous governance, documentation, infection control, and data protection.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven operational management experience in a clinic, spa, wellness, hospitality, or similar client‑focused setting
- Calm, supportive leadership with the ability to handle sensitive or complex situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for consistency and excellence
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple moving parts
- Commitment to inclusive, legally compliant hiring and leadership practices
- Clear, confident communication skills and ease working with founder‑level leadership
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
