Demand Planner

Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing consumer brand operating within the premium beauty and lifestyle sector. With a strong focus on innovation and customer experience, the business continues to expand its product offering and market presence both in the UK and internationally.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory planning and ensuring optimal stock availability across the business. Working cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams, you will play a critical role in supporting commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across product ranges
• Analyse historical sales data and market trends to inform planning decisions
• Monitor inventory levels and identify stock risks and opportunities
• Support supply planning and stock optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to align forecasts with business objectives
• Improve inventory accuracy and stock availability across channels
• Produce reporting and insight to support decision-making
• Manage planning inputs within forecasting and ERP systems
• Help minimise stock shortages and excess inventory
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Requirements

• Experience in demand planning, inventory planning or supply planning
• Strong forecasting and analytical capability
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience working with inventory management systems and ERP platforms
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong problem-solving and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Consumer goods, beauty, retail or ecommerce experience advantageous
• Proactive and solution-focused approach to planning and supply chain management
