As Head of Marketing, you will report directly to the Global Brand & Marketing Director and take ownership of translating brand strategy into impactful global marketing activity. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee the delivery of campaigns, launches, and activations across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels, ensuring strong alignment between brand building and commercial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Deliver integrated campaigns, launches, and activations across all channels and markets
- Drive marketing performance against KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, and ROI
- Ensure consistency of brand execution across international markets and distribution channels
- Manage and develop the core marketing team across content, social, influencer, and trade marketing
- Oversee agency relationships, ensuring clear briefs, accountability, and high-quality output
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, commercial, and product teams to align strategy and execution
- Establish clear reporting, attribution, and performance visibility across marketing activity
- Identify growth opportunities and prioritise initiatives to maximise impact
- Maintain high standards across delivery, communication, and campaign execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands
- Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise across brand, digital, social, and influencer channels
- Commercially driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business performance
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, creative execution, and cultural relevance
- Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial goals
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
- Confident working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
