Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the global education function, overseeing training strategy and programme development across brand ambassadors, retail partners and spa partners. You will manage an international team while ensuring consistent education standards and exceptional brand representation across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the global education and training strategy
• Create impactful training programmes for retail, spa and brand ambassador teams
• Lead and develop an international education team
• Ensure consistent delivery of education standards across markets
• Support partner engagement through innovative learning initiatives
• Deliver training on treatments, products and customer experience excellence
• Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
• Support new launches with education materials and training programmes
• Travel as required to support global education initiatives
Requirements
• Strong background within the spa, skincare or beauty industry
• Experience leading education and training functions
• UK-recognised skin, spa or body therapy qualification
• Expertise in treatment protocols and product education
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes
• Strong people leadership and team development experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders
• International retail or spa partner experience advantageous
• Passion for education, coaching and continuous learning
