The IT Manager will oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring that hardware, software, networks, and digital platforms operate consistently and securely. The role involves supporting ERP development, maintaining e‑commerce integrations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with both internal teams and external technology partners. This position plays a central role in supporting day‑to‑day efficiency and driving ongoing digital transformation efforts.

• Oversee and maintain the organisation’s IT systems, ensuring hardware, software, and networks operate reliably.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate updates, maintenance schedules, and preventative actions.
• Support the evolution and optimisation of the company’s ERP platform and internal digital tools.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and ensuring smooth integration across all departments.
• Produce clear IT documentation and usage guidelines to support consistent and secure operations.
• Provide hands‑on technical support to employees, resolving issues promptly to minimise disruption.
• Maintain the operational stability of the company’s e‑commerce systems and ensure integrations function properly.
• Respond quickly to technical incidents to protect business continuity and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure all IT processes comply with internal security standards and GDPR requirements governing data handling.

• Strong understanding of IT operations, including infrastructure management and system administration.
• Experience managing ERP platforms and confidence supporting e‑commerce systems such as Shopify.
• Ability to resolve IT issues efficiently and provide effective support to end users.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP protocols.
• Familiarity with basic web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to support colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, dynamic environments that require adaptability.
• Professional IT qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work in both English and Italian
