Product Development Manager – FTC 12 months

With a focus on simplifying routines while delivering high-performance results, the company combines creativity with commercial awareness to drive ongoing growth.

Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, the Product Development Manager will lead the end-to-end development of new products, from initial concept through to commercial launch. This role sits at the centre of cross-functional collaboration, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative products aligned with brand and market needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products from concept through to launch
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities through market and competitor insights
• Manage product timelines, budgets, and critical milestones
• Collaborate with internal teams across design, supply chain and marketing
• Oversee formulation, packaging and regulatory compliance processes
• Build and manage relationships with external suppliers and manufacturers
• Ensure products meet quality, performance and regulatory standards
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support the integration of sustainability considerations into product development

Requirements:

• Experience in haircare and/or skincare product development
• Strong background managing end-to-end product launches
• Experience working with external suppliers and manufacturers
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions
• Good understanding of cosmetic regulations and compliance (EU)
• Knowledge of ingredients, formulation, claims and packaging processes
• Commercial awareness with understanding of market trends and competitor landscape
• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
