The Sales Assistant will play a key role in representing the brand within the Paris Gallery boutique. Working closely with the Store Manager, the role focuses on delivering personalised, high-touch client experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store. This position suits someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and enjoys building meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service, creating personalised and memorable client experiences aligned with the brand’s values.
• Act as a brand ambassador, confidently sharing the brand story, fragrance concepts, and product knowledge through engaging storytelling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Support daily boutique operations, including stock management, merchandising, and opening and closing procedures.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain the highest standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and overall store environment.
• Support the Store Manager with ad-hoc operational and sales-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar client-facing role within luxury retail, fragrance, or premium fashion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for client service.
• Polished, detail-oriented, and professional presentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
• A strong interest in fragrance, culture, and artisanal craftsmanship is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both English and French is essential.
• Additional language skills such as Spanish or Arabic are strongly preferred.
• Legal right to work in France is required.
