Georgina Mason

Head of Beauty

With over 15 years of experience in the global beauty industry and more than five years specialising in recruitment, Georgina brings a unique blend of hands‑on brand experience and deep sector expertise. Her time spent in-house with MAC Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown and ESPA shaped a strong commercial understanding of how beauty brands operate – insight she now applies to identifying and securing exceptional talent across the Beauty and Wellness space.

Georgina partners with founder‑led SMEs through to established global groups, managing searches across NPD, Marketing, PR & Communications, Digital, Sales, Education, Operations and HR. Her search work spans the UK, US, EMEA and APAC, supporting brands at pivotal points of growth.

Georgina’s strength lies in her ability to uncover what truly defines a brand – its culture, ambitions and evolving priorities. She invests time in understanding the nuances of each brief, ensuring her approach remains thoughtful, strategic and tailored. Her focus is always on connecting brands with talent who not only meet the brief but who bring the energy, alignment and perspective that drive meaningful, lasting impact.
